As maintenance programmer at
NCR's ATM department in Amsterdam with a security clearance from the
Dutch State Security Service (AIVD). I was openly harrassed as if I
where a sexual offender so that I stole the sourcecodes for the VSB
(FORTIS) and Rabobank ATM systems a few weeks later the Postbank
HomeChipper e-purse was stolen by FTR.

What is this about:
This is about a
provocated software theft, abuse of power and state terror. When I
applied in 1997 at FTR Computing and Consulting for a job as
maintenance programmer in the Secure Software Development Team at
NCR's ATM department in Amsterdam a security clearance was obtained
from the Dutch Security Service (AIVD). FTR started as NCR's
bodyshop and most of its management positions where filled with high
ranking (ex-) NCR employees. In 1998 I was openly harrassed as if I
where a sexual offender by collegues and management (NCR: Juke Gouw
Ir. ex-Logica, Jan van Noort & FTR: Juke Gouw, Arnold Janssen
ex-Marechaussee), the situation became so desperate that I stole the
sourcecodes for the VSB (FORTIS) and Rabobank ATM systems. For
revenge and in the expectation that a escalation would result in a
judicial solution for the horrendous stalking terror, intimidations
and provocations in private life and at work. Amazing is that I was
transferred a few weeks later to the Postbank HomeChipper project
(chipcard based purse), another Secure Software Development at NCR.
At this time I witnessed how this project was stolen by FTR
personnel (FTR: Juke Gouw, Arnold Janssen & Mark van der Geijn)
in order to develop their own extracted applications. Meanwhile, the
year 2000 problem, the Euro conversion and a massive ATM hardware
upgrade have all passed in the Netherlands, much to the provit of
NCR through new ATM hardware, new ATM service contracts and
increased anti-fraud ATM monitoring services.
Social &
medical Terror:
The stalking caused unemployed and homelessness
- by continued breakins, fights, thefts and harrasment by collegues,
tennants and housemates, whereever I went, whoever I met. And now I
live as a paraia on the streets after many years of stalking terror
with sexual offender accusations, threats, intimidations and
violence (poisoning, Haloperidol, mental asylum, disseases,
stabbings, attempted accidents). I got Scabies by the start of 1999
that I partly managed to cure. By the end of 2000 a suspected
prostate infection troubled my health although I had no intercourse
since 1999. Deliberate unconciousness, heartrhythm distortions and
rheumatic pains where added by 2003. Up untill now doctors did not
help, wrong diagnoses, wrong medicines and falsified labaratory
reports. When I finally get to know the right subscription the
drugstore sells me a placebo.

JA0510004. Trained as a Food-Technologist at the Friesian
PolyTechnic College of Agriculture, retrained as a computer
programmer. I have absolutely no criminal record or Judicial
connection.
Where is all this coming from:
Well,
somewhere in 1986/7 a girl from my Polytechnic was caught for
shoplifting, she resisted and threatened with secret service (AIVD)
involvement causing hatred in her year to such a level that a
delegation from the AIVD and Mr. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, member of
parlament came to school. There in a narrow corridor working on the
copier I had an argument with them as they angrily kicked my bag. A
small minute event long forgotten but after graduation and hundreds
of applications I never found a decent job. From 1989 to 1995 I was
befriended with Adamien van Noort, she was that very shopliftster,
convicted by 1990, niece to my NCR boss and related to that
parlamentarian and probably from a intelligence employed family. She
claimed at a time that I raped her during our holiday in winter
1992/1993 in Turkey, but that was an evil scam she employed for fun
to several of her friends... During her College introduction in 1986
and during a traineeship in 1988 she claimed to be raped too, she
didnt go to police or embassy but abused her AIVD connections. Then
she helped me, I stayed at her house and had a proper but temporary
job. Later some extra diplomatic effort became nessesary, as I
travelled with the software and a true witch hunt started.
Surveillance is expensive, and I had a few escapes. The
parlamentarian had become minister of Foreign Affairs by now. That
is why I had this job at NCR, that's why I found this job in Germany
by 1999/2000, that's why I was haunted out of my home, to be
abroad... This was a deliberate and extensively planned provocation
that started with stalking in 1986/7, if you think about integrity
of the service and ATM system-security. I felt, I had no other
choice than to enforce a solution through taking the softwarecode,
but never had the intention to corrupt the ATM-system.
How
this will continue:
The lawyers, politicians and newspapers
contacted so far had no effect. There is a possibility to file a
complaint with the Ministry of Interior Affairs and the National
Ombudsman, a known path to the law profession, but this is a useless
exercise due to procedural constrains and AIVD obstruction.
Politicians have no real supervision over AIVD doings and the
political arena is even lawfully infiltrated by the AIVD, to protect
its integrity... Remains the Press, but Dutch National media is low
quality, self sensored and heavily controlled. That is why I publish
this myself, all I ask is to read it and to spread the story in
order that the scandal will raise to a level where the media no
longer can ignore this. Appropiate addresses can be found in the
